Fulfilment and Timing
We aim to fulfil all orders within 1-5 business days. Once your package has been carefully prepared and handed to our couriers, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If your order is urgent or required for a specific date, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping Methods (UK)
We currently offer the following shipping options:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Aims to deliver within 1 business day from time of shipping.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Aims to deliver within 2 business days from time of shipping.
Both options allow you to monitor your parcel's journey from our door to yours.
Artisanal Eco-Friendly Packaging
In keeping with the sustainable nature of traditional Japanese craft, we use eco-friendly materials for all our packaging. We protect your items using 100% recyclable and biodegradable honeycomb wrap housed within sturdy, double-walled cardboard boxes. This ensures maximum protection during transit without the use of single-use plastics. We kindly ask that you reuse and/or follow your local council’s guidance for recycling these materials.
International Delivery Enquiries
Due to the complexities of international customs regulations and varying duties, we do not offer international shipping as a standard option at checkout. However, we are often able to accommodate individual requests for overseas delivery. Please Contact Us directly with your location and the items you wish to purchase so we can provide a bespoke shipping quote.
Damaged Arrivals
While we take every precaution to secure your order, should an item arrive damaged, please notify us immediately. We require photos of both the damaged packaging and the product to assist with your claim.
