How long does delivery take?

We aim to fulfil all orders within 1-5 business days. Once the package is on its way to you, you will receive an email with tracking information for standard or express shipping depending on the selection at checkout. If your order is urgent, please Contact Us, and we will do our best to accommodate.

How do you package items for shipping?

We use eco-friendly materials for all our packaging. 100% recyclable and biodegradable honeycomb wrap and double walled cardboard box protects your items from damage in transit. Please follow your local council's guidance for recycling the packaging we use.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please Contact Us immediately upon arrival with photos of the damaged packaging and the product. For full details please see our Returns and Refunds page.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to varying international customs regulations and duties we do not offer international shipping by default. We may be able to accommodate individual enquiries, please reach out via our Contact Us page.

Where can I find product care instructions?

For in-depth guidance on how to care for your Japanese Pottery, please refer to our Care Instructions page, which has detailed information for all ceramic types offered.

Where can I find product dimensions?

Please refer to the Dimensions tab on a product detail page for measurements. Please note measurements are approximate, and there may be slight variations in hand made products.

Why are some items in a pair set different sizes?

Some of our 2-set items are traditional Meoto ("husband and wife") pairs. This style features one piece intentionally crafted to be slightly larger than the other, a design that historically signified the couple. Today, this variation offers a unique tactile and visual experience. We hope you enjoy the unique character and history that these variations bring to your home.

How can I find out when an item will be back in stock?

Please get in touch via our Contact Us page. Please note many items in our catalogue have limited stock, are made to order, or are one of a kind, which means restocks cannot always be guaranteed. We will do our best to restock items we know someone is waiting for if we can. we may be able to source similar works from the artisan for you.
